Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are we provide fix price for island wide delivery.

We may also offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hour of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
